Selling a Home? Here's how to pay me as little as 2%


 

I offer my customers a 5% listing fee as long as they are purchasing a home using me as the selling agent. That means we pay the selling agent 3% and me as your listing agent 2%. If you are planning to move out of state please contact me to discuss a fee structure that will work for you. I am not one of those bargain basement listing agents that makes you do your own negotiations and advertising. I advertise your home on the MLS, here on my website as well as many other sites that I have seen work. I provide every listing with color flyers to put in your flyer box on the post I have installed with my sign. I also host open houses, brokers opens and will continue until your property is sold. Most agents say they are different but, still charge you 6 to 8 percent to sell your home. I don't just say I am different I prove it in the most important way by saving you money without sacrificing the quality of service you deserve.

I also help my customers by doing a pre-listing walk through where I assist you with staging your home. Staging is a term used for moving furniture, pictures etc so that your house is more "saleable". When you are selling your home it should be inviting to potential clients. I provide this service free of charge, as are all my services until your house is sold!
